<p>Existen numerosas investigaciones que determinan el papel central de la escuela en la construcción de subjetividades de sexo/género/clase. El presente estudio buscó analizar los procesos de subjetividad de sexo/género/clase de estudiantes de séptimo y octavo básico, en relación con las funciones sociales reproductora y transformadora de la escuela, en un colegio municipal de Viña del Mar desde una perspectiva etnográfica. Para ello, se emplearon el análisis documental, observaciones de campo, registros ampliados, entrevistas en profundidad, y grupo focal. Los principales resultados giran en torno a la reproducción de estereotipos hegemónicos de sexo/género/clase y la marginación de subjetividades LGTBIQ1. Además, se analizan acciones de oposición y resistencia de estudiantes y docentes</p>
<p>There are a lot of investigations that determine the central role of the school in the construction of sex/gender/status subjectivities. This study attempted to analyze the processes of sex/gender/status subjectivity of students from seventh to eighth grade, in relation to the reproductive and transformative social functions of the institution, in a public school in Viña del Mar from an ethnographic perspective. Documental analysis, field observation, extended recording, in-depth interview and focus group were used for this purpose. The main results are centered on the reproduction of hegemonic sex/gender/status stereotypes and the marginalization of LGTBIQ subjectivities. In addition, opposition and resistance actions from teachers and students are analyzed</p>
