<p>En la última década, los sistemas públicos de bicicletas se han vuelto muy populares y diversas ciudades han optado por utilizar este medio de transporte como una alternativa económica y amigable con el medio ambiente. Debido a esto, uno de los grandes problemas que ha aparecido es el de la demanda asimétrica, ya que sus usuarios tienen un comportamiento aleatorio y, por ende, no se sabe con certeza dónde terminarán sus recorridos y, menos aún, si la estación de llegada tendrá un anclaje para dejar la bicicleta. Para intentar solucionar esta problemática, la administración de estos sistemas debe trasladar las bicicletas entre estaciones y así regular la ofertade bicicletas para lograr satisfacer, en lo posible, la demanda de los usuarios. En este trabajo de título, se propone utilizar un algoritmo híbrido que combine metaheurísticas con programación matemática para crear zonas de reposicionamiento de la mejor forma posible, para poder facilitar el trabajo táctico y operativo del balance de bicicletas en el sistema</p>
<p>In the last decade, public bicycle systems have become very popular and several cities have decide to use this mean of transport as an economical and environmentally friendly alternative. Because of this, one of the biggest problems that has appeared is that is the asymmetric demand, since its users varies their behavior and, therefore, it is not known with certainty where they end their journeys and, more over, if the arrival station have an anchor to leave the bicycle. In order to provide a solution, the administration of these systems have to move bicycles among the stations and thus, regulate the supply of bicycles in order to satisfy as far as possible, the users demanding. The proposed of this this final degree project is to use a hybrid algorithm that combines metaheuristics with mathematical programming to create repositioning zones in the best possible way, so that, it will be possible to facilitate the tactical and operative work of the bicycle balance in the system</p>
