In the particular case of this project, the solution will be delimited to a software capable of analyzing the interpretation of a musical scale made by a student, comparing the data of it thanks to the use of a MIDI file formed after the interpretation, against the data delivered by MIDI files provided by the IMUS PUCV -Institute of Music of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso- made by professional pianists. Within the data to be compared, a study will be made of the shades, articulations and speeds -Tempo- with which the student executes the scale, resulting in a quantitative analysis with performance indicators in different areas, and ideally with some qualitative comment regarding points to improve with which the student can see their progress as they practice and use the software. Teachers can also take this information as a complement in their own evaluation as experts
