| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Una plataforma de e-learning tiene por objetivo ser el puente de conexión entre profesores, estudiantes y contenidos ofreciendo su interfaz de trabajo como instrumento de enseñanzaaprendizaje. Para que un entorno virtual sea un apoyo al proceso cognitivo, debe poseer un grado de usabilidad lo suficientemente alto que permita al usuario desenvolverse efectivamente en él y desarrollar sus tareas académicas sin inconvenientes. Esta investigación está enfocada a estudiar la usabilidad de una plataforma de e-learning destinado a estudiantes universitarios de pregrado, basándose en los principios de usabilidad y considerando aspectos psicopedagógicos. El objeto de estudio es el sistema Moodle, cuyas modificaciones de interfaz están basadas en los resultados de la aplicación iterativa de evaluaciones de usabilidad y la implementación de las medidas propuestas para mejorar la usabilidad de la plataforma</p> | |
