| Resumen | dc.description | <p>El presente estudio investigó los saberes que para un grupo de nueve docentes de carreras de pedagogía de la PUCV que trabajan temas de diversidad son relevantes de ser desarrollados durante el proceso formativo. En los resultados se presentan cinco saberes profesionales fundamentales: planificar y evaluar, comprender y valorar la diversidad, comprender el contexto, trabajar en redes y saber reflexionar, siendo este último el eje articulador de los primeros. En las discusiones se analizan las tensiones entre contexto universitario y contexto escolar, entre disciplinas (psicología y pedagogía), tensiones sobre el posicionamiento de los investigadores respecto del objeto de estudio y se concluye con la relevancia de reposicionar al docente como sujeto constructor de saber pedagógico</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>The present study investigated the professional knowledge that for a group of nine teachers of pedagogical careers of the PUCV that work diversity issues are relevant to be developed during the training process. In the results, five fundamental knowledge are presented: to plan and evaluate, to understand and value diversity, to understand the context, to work in networks and to know how to reflect, the latter being the axis that articulates the former. In the discussions the tensions between university context and school context, between disciplines (psychology and pedagogy), on the positioning of researchers with respect to the object of study are analyzed and it is concluded with the relevance of repositioning the teacher as a subject of pedagogical knowledge</p> | |
