Resumen	dc.description	<p>El presente trabajo consiste en una traducción comentada de un texto del área cinematográfica titulado How to read a film, creado por el profesor Michael Goldberg de la Universidad de Washington.</p><p>Junto con el texto fuente y el texto meta, se presenta un comentario crítico en el que se analizan diversos aspectos del texto, como la terminología especializada encontrada y la manera en que el autor creó su texto: la puntuación, la estructura textual, entre otros factores.</p><p>Además, se detallan todos los pasos que el traductor tuvo que seguir para poder producir un texto meta adecuado para sus destinatarios. Dichos pasos incluyen la planificación de la traducción, la confección de un glosario de términos en Microsoft Excel 2007, el proceso de documentación y la confección de un cuadro con los textos que sirvieron para informarse sobre campo del cine, las consultas a un profesional del campo cinematográfico y, finalmente, la traducción del documento, con sus respectivas fases de revisión y edición</p>
Resumen	dc.description	<p>This project consists of the translation and commentary of a cinematographic text titled How to read a film, which was written by Michael Goldberg, a teacher from the University of Washington.</p><p>Along with the source text and the target text, there is a critical commentary that deals with different aspects of the text, such as the specialized terminology, and the way in which the author created the text: the punctuation, the structure, etc.</p><p>In addition, the commentary details every step that the translator took in order to produce a suitable target text that could meet the requirements of the target audience. Those steps include the planning of the translation, the creation of a terminological glossary in Microsoft Excel 2007, the documentation process and the creation of a chart with all the texts that helped in this process, the consults made to a professional in the field, and finally, the translation itself, with the respective stages of revision and editing</p>
