| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Este estudio tiene como objetivo comprender las significaciones que construyen mujeres sobre su experiencia de maternidad en el contexto de catástrofe en Chile. Para responder a esto, se realizó un estudio cualitativo-exploratorio en el cual se aplicaron tres entrevistas a mujeres que vivieron el terremoto-tsunami en Constitución el año 2010 y tres mujeres que experienciaron el mega-incendio de Valparaíso el año 2014, El material producido fue procesado mediante el análisis de contenido. Los resultados presentan un posicionamiento del rol materno en el discurso, que caracteriza la identidad femenina y que en ‘experiencia de catástrofe’ se ve fortalecido. Cobra relevancia el tema de construcción de identidad a partir de narrativas configuradas social y culturalmente y las redes de apoyo externas, que se posicionan como un elemento central en la búsqueda de sentido, ampliando la mirada con respecto al ser mujer y madre</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>The present study has as objective to understand the meanings that women build regarding their maternity experience, in the context of natural disasters in Chile. In order to answer this, a qualitative-exploratory study was made, consisting in three interviews to women that survived the earthquake and tsunami in Constitucion on the year 2010, and three other interviews to women that experienced the mega-fire at Valparaiso on the year 2014. The material obtained was processed through content’s analysis. The results show a stance of the maternal role in the speech, that characterizes the female identity, and it encourages in catastrophe’s experiences. It takes relevance the subject of identity’s construction by narratives configured social and culturally, and the external support net, that takes place as a central cultural element in terms of searching the sense, expanding their gaze about being woman and mother</p> | |
