<p>Los Factores Psicosociales en el ámbito laboral corresponden a las características de la organización del trabajo que tienen la capacidad de influir en la salud de las personas tanto positiva como negativamente. La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo contribuir en la comprensión de los resultados del Cuestionario SUSESO/ISTAS21, el cual identifica los niveles de riesgo psicosocial en las instituciones. Para esto se pretende realizar un análisis complementario, determinando si existe relación entre los factores psicosociales y algunas variables socio-demográficas de la población. A través de un análisis correlacional se observa que existe relación entre algunas de ellas. Se concluye además la importancia del abordaje de estos factores psicosociales desde un enfoque integral, otorgando importancia a los factores protectores</p>
<p>The psychosocial factors in the labor area correspond to the characteristics of the work organization that have influence over people’s health which can be positive or negative. The purpose of the following investigation is to contribute to the comprehension of the results of the SUSESO/ISTAS21 questionnaire, which identifies the levels of psychosocial risks in the institutions. In order to do this we are going to make a complementary analysis, this can determinate if there is a connection between the psychosocial factors and some socio-demographics variables of the population. Through a correlation analysis you can notice that there is a connection between some of them. It was concluded the importance of tackle these psychosocial factors from an integral approach, giving importance to the protective factors</p>
