| Resumen | dc.description | <p>La presente investigación aborda temáticas relacionadas con Construcción de Paz en el Chile laboral actual, centrándose específicamente en la Asociación Nacional de Empleados Fiscales (ANEF) de la región de Valparaíso, cuyo problema de investigación es “La participación de la Asociación Nacional de Empleados Fiscales de Valparaíso en la construcción de paz en el contexto actual chileno”. Para lo cual se revisaron autores que se refieren a violencia, psicología de la paz y el conflicto, cultura de paz, ideología y movimientos sindicales. La investigación se enmarca en una metodología cualitativa de carácter cuasi etnográfico, utilizando observación participante y entrevistas a dirigentes gremiales y parte de la directiva de la agrupación. Los datos se analizaron de forma categorial temática y fueron contemplados a luz de la teoría. Los hallazgos dan cuenta de cómo la Asociación está siendo parte de una construcción de paz en el contexto laboral actual, destacando prácticas participativas, democráticas y de protección de los derechos de los trabajadores</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>The present investigation covers issues related with the Peacebuilding in the working Chile nowadays, focusing specifically in the Asociación Nacional de Empleados Fiscales (ANEF) of the region of Valparaiso, which their research problem is "the participation of the Asociación Nacional de Empleados Fiscales (ANEF) of Valparaiso in the building of peace in the current chilean culture". For which there was a review of authors who refers to the violence, peace and conflict psychology, peace culture, ideology and union movements. The research frames in a qualitative methodology of an almost ethnographic nature, using interviews to union leaders and part of the administration`s staff. The data was analyze in a categorical theme way and were referred to the light of the theory. The findings give the clue of how the association is been part of the peacemaking in the current working context, with highlights in the participatory, democratic and protector of worker`s rights practices</p> | |
