| Resumen | dc.description | <p>La investigación buscó relacionar brechas formativas, desempeño individual y movilidad laboral de un sector de trabajadores, en donde se detectan brechas formativas dadas por la diferencia existente entre los niveles educativos que poseen y los requisitos formativos que exigen los distintos perfiles de cargo de los puestos que ocupan. En la investigación se realizaron análisis estadísticos de forma de poder establecer si existía o no una relación significativa entre las variables ya mencionadas. Los resultados entregados por estos análisis no apoyaron de forma significativa las hipótesis de la investigación, pero pusieron en duda la validez del instrumento de evaluación del desempeño y visibilizaron una problemática relacionada, en trabajadores con mayor antigüedad en la organización</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>The investigation sought to relate training gaps, individual performance and labor mobility of a sector of workpeople, where it is possible to detect training breaches due to the existing difference between the educational levels they have and the formative requirements that the different profiles of job responsibility demand. In the investigation statistical analyses were carried out to establish whether there was a significant relation between the already mentioned variables. The results delivered by these analyses did not significantly supported the hypotheses of the investigation, but they questioned the validity of the performance evaluation instrument and detected related problems in older workers in the organization</p> | |
