Resumen	dc.description	<p>Despite the fact that Chilean teachers should be prepared to use technology in their lessons, and the potential that using Computer-Mediated Communication for developing language skills has, in Chile the focus for teaching ESL is given mainly to traditional approaches. The focus of this graduation project is to teach pre-service teachers to use videoconferencing tools for developing the students’ speaking skills through the exchange of information on urban culture with native speakers of English using planned speech</p>
