Through various international results in national assessments -SIMCE- and -TERCE, PISA- is disclosed the low level of reading comprehension of Chilean students. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate what the pedagogical practices of teachers are around to reading in the classroom and training of expert readers in order to know what do the teachers in each reading task, specifically in reading voice high and interpretation, since it is at this point lies the process of understanding.Through recorded video classes that are transcribed, it can be analyzed from a teaching unit to the aid itself which provides a teacher to conduct an objective. The teaching unit disintegrating class sessions where there are typical classroom activities -ATA- of Reading, containing different episodes of Read Aloud -LVA- and Interpretation, and these in turn containing rings having different positions: inquiry -I-, response -R- and evaluation -E- or feedback -F- in these positions are the types of aid that gives a teacher. The findings of this research resolved the presence and frequency of aid. Teachers provide a very low amount of aid in the event of LVA, unlike the amount given in Interpretation. This discrepancy is mainly what position the cycle such aid is granted, as it will depend that the task is carried out to meet your goal. According to the above, ie so that the less aid inquiry, more aid response or Feedback, because no clear goals are set and the process involved when a student is not able to answer, but they are not given the tools to do so.As conclusion is thinking: what will run a full episode of Reading Aloud if this is not to improve reading?, understanding how a process is given without a clear and smooth decoding? Reading is understanding and understanding is a complex interactive process. To facilitate the reader`s task in training, just give aid to achieve the goal, but ... how do we know what kinds of help to guide you to achieve the interpretation? what to do to form it as a standalone reader? This thesis discusses and proposes some ideas on the challenge for practicing teachers and student teachers in the process of titling leaving open the door to new research
