| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Esta investigación de carácter cualitativo y exploratorio tiene como objetivo principal el comprender las implicancias del diagnóstico de Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH) en los significados y prácticas de las relaciones sexoafectivas de hombres homosexuales jóvenes. La revisión bibliográfica considera el VIH como un fenómeno biopsicosocial y su incidencia en la experiencia del sujeto; la sexoafectividad como parte fundamental del ciclo vital; y las particularidades de las relaciones sexoafectivas homosexuales. Como instrumento se utilizó una entrevista semiestructurada, aplicada a tres hombres homosexuales entre 20 y 30 años de edad, y que viven con VIH. Se realizó un análisis de contenido que mezcló una aproximación tanto deductiva como inductiva, inspirado en la teoría fundamentada. Finalmente, se concluye que las principales implicancias residen en el cambio del significado de cómo se ven a sí mismos en el ámbito sexoafectivo, y a su vez, este cambio propició la transformación de sus prácticas sexoafectivas, ligadas al cuidado de un Otro y al autocuidado físico y emocional</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>This qualitative and exploratory research was born for the main purpose of understanding the implications that human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) diagnosis has in the meanings and practices of sexual-affective relationships in young homosexual men. The bibliographic review found HIV as a biopsychosocial phenomenon and its impact on the experience of the subject; the sexual affectivity as a fundamental part of the life cycle; and the particularities of a sexual affective homosexual relationships. As a semi-structured interview instrument applied to three homosexual men between 20 and 30 years old and living with HIV. A content analysis that mixed a much deductive and inductive approach, inspired by grounded theory was performed. Finally, it is concluded that the main implications reside in changing the meaning of how they see themselves in the sexual-affective area, at the same time, this change led to the transformation of their sexual-affective practices related to the care of an Other and physical and emotional self-care</p> | |
