| Resumen | dc.description | <p>El siguiente estudio tiene la intención de acercarse a la complejidad de la vivencia de ser madre de un niño-a- enfermo de cáncer. Desde la perspectiva familiar-sistemica, cobra relevancia el tema de la maternidad y cómo esta se constituye reciprocamente en relación a otro. Es por ello, que la noción de enfermedad, pondrá en entredicho la construcción subjetiva del ser madre, as como también lo harán las creencias contextuales en torno a la maternidad.La presente investigación pretende, a través de un estudio exploratorio, conocer y analizar la experiencia de ser madre con un hijo-a- enfermo-a- de cáncer. Para esto se realizaron entrevistas semi-estructuradas a cinco madres de niños-as- enfermos-as- de cáncer, contactadas a través de laCorporación de Ayuda al Niño Enfermo de Cáncer -CANEC- perteneciente al Hospital Gustavo Fricke y Hospital Carlos Van Buren. Los datos producidos a partir de las entrevistas, fueron procesados mediante la técnica de análisis de contenido, la cual arrojo como la esencia materna se sostiene en su valor subjetivo y cultural, destacando dos tipos de estrategias de control complementarias a las que recurren las madres para hacer frente a la experiencia de enfermedad</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>The following study has the purpose of getting close to the complexity of the experience of being a mother of a cancer sick child. From a systemic family perspective, the issue of maternity becomes relevant and how it mutually develops in relationship with another. This is why the notion of illness will turn questionable the maternal construction of self and the contextual belief surrounding maternity.The present investigation pretends to Know, and analyze being a mother of a child sick with cancer by using an exploratory study. For this purpose, partially structured interviews to ve mothers with children suering from cancer were used. They were contacted by CANEC Corporación de Ayuda al Niño Enfermo de Cáncer of the Gustavo Fricke`s Hospital and the Carlos Van Buren`s Hospital.The data coming out of these interviews was processed using the technique of content analysis, which provided information on how maternal eectiveness sustains its cultural and subjective value, highlighting two diferent types of complementary strategies of control that mothers resort to in order of face up the experience of this illness</p> | |
