| Resumen | dc.description | <p>En Chile se realiza año tras año la Encuesta Nacional Urbana de Seguridad Ciudadana, la cual entre varios aspectos permite determinar el grado de victimización existente a nivel nacional en los hogares chilenos. En lo que respecta a la última encuesta realizada el año 2017 el 28 per cent de los hogares encuestados al menos uno de sus miembros fue víctima de algún delito. Esta representa la cuarta alza consecutiva desde el año 2013 cuando la victimización alcanzo el 22,8 per cent. Otro de los puntos importantes que presentó una caída respecto a los años anteriores fue la cantidad de personas que realizan la denuncia del delito en una institución como por ejemplo Carabineros de Chile, en este caso el porcentaje se fija en un 38,5 per cent, en contraste al año 2015 en la que esta se situó en un 43,5 per cent. Debido a la inseguridad creciente presente en los hogares chilenos y la negación a realizar las denuncias respectivas de los delitos que los afectan, es que se propone el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil de ayuda comunitaria que permita a los usuarios realizar denuncias de delitos y recibir alertas en tiempo real, permitiendo de esta manera mantener un histórico de zonas peligrosas, que permita tomar decisiones en base a datos reales. Cuando se tiene en mente el desarrollo de una aplicación idealmente se espera en que en un futuro esta se encuentre instalada en cada teléfono móvil disponible. Sin duda es un proceso difícil que conlleva consigo gran esfuerzo y trabajo. Uno de los puntos importantes que de cierta manera decreta el éxito de una aplicación, es su usabilidad y experiencia de usuario. | Resumen | dc.description | <p>In Chile it is realized each year the national urban survey of Citizen Security, which among several aspects allows to determine the degree of victimization exists at national level in the Chilean households. With regard to the latest survey carried out the year 2017 the 28 per cent of the households surveyed at least one of their members was the victim of any crime. This represents the fourth consecutive rise since the year 2013 when the victimization reached 22.8 per cent. Due to the growing insecurity present in the Chilean households and the denial to realize the respective denunciations of the crimes that affect them, There is proposed the development of a mobile application of community help that allows to the users to realize crimes denunciations and receive alerts in real-time, allowing to maintain this way a historical of dangerous areas, that allows to take decisions based on real information. When you have in mind the development of an application is ideally expected that in the future this is installed on every mobile phone available. It is certainly a difficult process that carries with it great effort and work.
