Resumen	dc.description	<p>Todos los años en la PUCV se realizan actividades extra programáticas, entre ellas está el Claustro Pleno, evento por el cual cobra sentido la realización del presente proyecto. Para la ejecución de este, es necesario contar una gran preparación que va desde la escenografía hasta los organizadores que deben controlar las entradas y salidas de los expositores, así como su tiempo en el escenario exponiendo su discurso, para esto último se usa un software propio. El actual software está quedando obsoleto tecnológicamente por el diseño de cómo fue creado, para ello se debe realizar una nueva versión del software mejorando una gran cantidad de inconvenientes que hay debido a la obsolescencia de la tecnología usada hace algunos años atrás</p>
