Es por ello que este proyecto se enfoca en cubrir las necesidades que tiene el usuario sobre un sitio web dedicado a un parque nacional. En primera instancia se busca recopilar las necesidades de usuario, implementarlas en el software para luego ser validadas y así, corregir los errores que se obtengan. Si bien existen métodos que permiten evaluar la experiencia del usuario, ¿qué métodos podrían ser aplicados para el desarrollo y validación del software?.
