<p>Hoy en día la educación chilena presenta una brecha enorme entre los alumnos de grupos socio económicos-GSE- altos y alumnos de GSE medios y bajos. Esto se debe, entre otras cosas, en que los alumnos de los GSE medios y bajos presentan desmotivación en sus etapas educativas. Es por esto que la incorporación de nuevas herramientas que ayuden al desarrollo de las habilidades matemáticas, mediante la ejercitación de las multiplicaciones en este caso, pueden permitir un mayor nivel de interés por parte de estos. Es por esto que se pretende desarrollar una aplicación web basada en juegos de plataforma que ejerciten las multiplicaciones. Este software estará enfocado en ejercitar las habilidades en cálculos mentales en alumnos de cuarto año básico, para esto se le realizarán preguntas de selección donde este deberá escoger la alternativa correcta en un limite de tiempo. De esta manera se pretende ejercitar las habilidades matemáticas en el área de las multiplicaciones y el impacto que tendrá esta herramientas en los usuarios. Para esto se capturarán los datos de las respuestas que den los alumnos mientras jueguen, además de obtener retroalimentación, por medio de encuestas, sobre el software; ya sea por los alumnos como por los profesores</p>
<p>Nowadays, Chilean education presents a huge gap between students of high socioeconomic groups -GSE in Spanish- and middle and low GSE students. This is due, among other things, in that the students of the medium and low GSEs show demotivation in their educational stages. That is why we intend to develop a web application based on platform games that exercise multiplication. This software will focus on exercising mental calculation skills in elementary school students, for this you will be asked selection questions where you must choose the correct alternative in a time limit. In this way it is intended to exercise mathematical skills in the area of multiplications, the impact that this tool will have on users and the influence generated by the software by applying feedback on incorrect answers and out of time.
