| Resumen | dc.description | <p>El presente informe dará a conocer la problemática presentada por Café Lahuel, la cual principalmente consta de un control muy débil en sus ventas y productos. Una vez presentada la situación actual, se expondrá un sistema informático ofrecido como solución, así como los pasos y métodos a seguir para la realización de este proyecto. Café Lahuel es un Café-Restorán ubicado en el sur de Chile, y su clientela generalmente son turistas que se encuentran en tránsito hacia atracciones turísticas, por lo que su carta es relativamente simple. Su fuerte son las onces alemanas, que constan de kuchenes, streusel, sándwiches, etc. El sistema ofrecido para mejorar la gestión de la información de Café Lahuel, pretende modernizar la imagen que ofrece a su público. Para esto, se utilizará un Tablet que cumplirá la función de carta, en el cual se ofrecerán todos los productos, pudiendo el mismo cliente pedir su orden desde esta “Carta Digital”. | Resumen | dc.description | <p>The current report will stage the issues presented by Café Lahuel, which currently has a very week control system for the sales and product management. After presenting the current situation, an IT system will be presented, and with it, a solution will be offered with its corresponding steps and methodology, for the achievement of the best results for this project. Café Lahuel is a restaurant-coffee shop located in southern Chile. Its current target clientele is the touristic crowd headed towards touristic attractions. Their menu is relatively simple. Their strong dishes are “German Tea /dinner” which are combination of kuchenes, streusel, sandwiches, etc. The system seeks to improve the information management of Café Lahuel and aspires to offer a modern image to their consumer. For this, the project will incorporate Tablets that will replace the regular paper menu, with a “digital menu”. With the usage of the digital menu the project will also seek to automatize the flow of key information for the business</p> | |
