| Resumen | dc.description | <p>La Cámara de Diputados es uno de los órganos que participa en la promulgación de las leyes, rigiéndose por el proceso legislativo, bajo el reglamento de la Constitución Política y la Ley Orgánica Constitucional.</p><p>Para llevar a cabo su gran labor, la Cámara debe manejar mucha información relevante, que permite formar las leyes por las que nos regimos, siendo parte de la toma de decisiones para mejorar nuestro país.</p><p>Para esto, debe participar en las comisiones, que analizan en detalle los proyectos de ley, determinando si la ley a promulgar servirá para mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, por ende, la información que manejan es muy significativa, delicada y debe estar segura, pero<br />esto no es todo, ya que esta asciende a un gran número, por lo que necesita estar ordenada de tal forma que permita la facilidad de su uso y el buen entendimiento.</p><p>Después de analizar la situación, se llegó a la conclusión de la necesidad de un sistema que permita ser transportado, seguro, serio, ordenado y agradable. Para eso se desarrollará una aplicación que permita tener todas estas cualidades, todo esto se podrá mantener y apreciar en un dispositivo móvil</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>The Chamber of Deputies is one of the organs that participate in the law enactments, following the legislative procedure under the regulations of the Political Constitution and the Organic Constitutional Law.</p><p>To carry out its big job, the chamber must handle important information that allows to form laws which we follow, being a part of the desition making to improve our country.</p><p>To do this, it must participate in committee which analyze in detail the bills, stating if the enacting law will be useful to improve the citizen life quality, therefore, the information they manage is very important, delicate and must be safe. But this is not all because this is a huge amount of information, so it needs to be organized in such a way that it allows to make its use easy and correctly understood.</p><p>After analyzing the situation, it was concluded the necessity of a system which allows to be transported, secure, serious, organized and pleasant. To do this, an application which gives all of the mentioned features will be developed. It is going to be possible to keep all of this and<br />appreciate it in a mobile device</p> | |
