| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Todo sistema bibliotecario, sea cual sea la institución a la cual va dirigida, a la hora de proceder a utilizarse debe de cumplir ciertos objetivos comúnmente triviales dada su naturaleza y las necesidades que resuelven, como lo es buscar, solicitar y entregar un ejemplar. El desarrollo del sistema va enfocado fehacientemente a éstos puntos, resolviendo de una manera más interactiva y eficiente necesidades como las planteadas, que de por sí son básicas. Naturalmente cualquier mejora no siempre debe de resolver los problemas que actualmente se están presentando, sino que ir más allá, pensando a largo plazo, en necesidades futuras y anticiparse a éstas solucionándolas. Incluir movilidad y nuevas tecnologías como lo es touchscreen, adaptándolas a un sistema que en su esencia no las requiere, es un punto a favor claramente.</p><p>Un sistema web bibliotecario como los actuales, desgastados y poco útiles para sus usuarios, en los tiempos modernos las tecnologías disponibles propone una inminente actualización</p> | |

The system development is focused on these points, resolving in an interactive and efficient as the raised requirements, which themselves are basic. Naturally, any improvement should not always solve the problems that are occurring now, but go beyond, thinking long term, in future needs and anticipating and solving them.
