Resumen dc.description <p>El cliente, Departamento de Nutrici&oacute;n del Hospital Santo Tom&aacute;s de Limache (HSTL), ha decidido sistematizar su forma actual de trabajo ya que en la actualidad la informaci&oacute;n de los pacientes es almacenada en gavetas y al momento de realizar una evaluaci&oacute;n nutricional los c&aacute;lculos son realizados manualmente. El siguiente proyecto tiene como finalidad, describir la problem&aacute;tica que hoy enfrenta departamento de nutrici&oacute;n, para la generaci&oacute;n de minutas y gesti&oacute;n de pacientes. Se analiza su forma actual de trabajo y se presenta una soluci&oacute;n, como soluci&oacute;n se ofrece la construcci&oacute;n de un sistema de evaluaci&oacute;n nutricional y asignaci&oacute;n de men&uacute;s a minutas al menor costo para el paciente utilizando Simulated Annealing. Se detalla el dise&ntilde;o de la heur&iacute;stica a implementar, la arquitectura f&iacute;sica y l&oacute;gica para el sistema y las interfaces. La metodolog&iacute;a utilizada para el desarrollo es UP, lenguaje de programaci&oacute;n VISUAL BASIC.NET, motor de base de datos SQL SERVER</p>
Resumen dc.description <p>The client, the Nutritional Department from the Hospital Santo Tomas, located in Limache (HSTL abbreviation in Spanish) has decided to systematized its current way of work, since nowadays all the information related to patients is being stored in drawers; likewise, when making a nutritional evaluation, the professionals of the area must do it by hand. The purpose of this report is to describe the current issue that is taking place in the department previously mentioned, in order to generate a nutritional bill of fare; consequently, providing a better treatment to patients. The way in which such department works is being analyzed so the nutritionist staff can count on a solution to the problem by offering the construction of a Nutritional Evaluation System and the allocation of menus at a lower price to the patient, all this using Simulated Annealing. The heuristic design, the physical structure, the system&rsquo;s logic and the interface are being explained in depth and in detail. The methodology being used is UP, in VISUAL BASICS.NET language and motor data base SQL SERVER</p>
