| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Para la ejecución de los procesos involucrados en el desarrollo de un negocio, es esencial un buen manejo de la información, lo cual permite la realización de buenas gestiones, trayendo consigo resultados satisfactorios.</p><p>Referente al punto anterior, se da origen a este trabajo de título, el cual consiste principalmente en realizar un orden en la información existente y generada por medio de los procesos operativos del negocio en análisis, el cual posee las características de una PYME. Lo que conlleva al desarrollo de un sistema orientado a solucionar problemas de información presentados en este tipo de negocios. Problemas como control de flujos de trabajo tanto para ventas y ordenes de trabajo, además de gestión de clientes y personal involucrado en el negocio.</p><p>La elaboración de este trabajo de título ha considerado la identificación de los problemas existentes, en busca de ofrecer una solución integral, segura y accesible que provoque un ordenamiento en los procesos administrativos, consiguiendo como resultado beneficios tanto al negocio como a las personas involucradas en este. | Resumen | dc.description | <p>For the execution of the involved process in the development of a business, it is essential a good management of the information, which will allow the good realization of managements, carrying with it great results.</p><p>According to the previous point, this job title it is originated, that mainly consists in realizing an order in the existent information and generated by the operative process of the analyzed business, which contains the characteristics of a PYME. This leads to the development of a orientated system to solve the information problems presented in this kind of business. Problems as the control of jobs as for selling as for jobs orders, besides the managements of the costumers and personal involved in the business.</p><p>The elaboration of this title job has considerate the identification of the existent problems, in order to search an integral, safe and accessible that provokes an order in the administration process, achieving as result benefits for the business along for the involved people.
