| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Hoy en día, en la Escuela de Ingeniería Informática de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV), se presenta la problemática de no disponer de un sistema informático que permita mantener toda aquella información relevante en relación a las Asistencias Técnicas, Cursos de Capacitación y las Investigaciones desarrolladas por la misma Escuela. Información que se requiere oportunamente para manejo de reportes, evaluaciones, control, entre otros.</p><p>Para dar solución a esto, se presenta un sistema que permita gestionar dicha información y mantenerla almacenada, de forma centralizada, en el cual se permita rescatar reportes en el momento requerido, mantener historia de los movimientos realizados y disminuir los tiempos en buscar la información para generar indicadores estadísticos de la productividad de la escuela de informática de la PUCV. Esto se logró realizando un estudio en la falencia encontrada en la Escuela Informática, y logrando reunir diversos factores que presentaban problema para construir una solución. Se realizó un análisis de los requerimientos, se diseñaron posibles soluciones y se refinaron hasta lograr el sistema deseado para suplir la necesidad actual. Todo esto apoyado por metodologías de desarrollo, diseño y paradigmas de la Ingeniería del Software, lo que conllevó a construir un sistema que se acomoda a la necesidad planteada por distintos profesores que trabajan en las áreas anteriormente mencionadas</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Nowdays, at the School of Computer Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso (PUCV), we acknowledge the problem of not having a computer system in order to keep all the relevant information related to the Technical Assistance and Training Courses Investigations which are conducted by the same school. This information is highly required on time for management of reports, assessments, monitoring, among others.</p><p>To address this, we present a system to manage that information and keep it stored centrally. This, will let users to get reports when needed, to keep a historic register of movements made and also to reduce the time searching for information to generate statistical indicators of school productivity PUCV computing. This was achieved by conducting a study on the flaw found in the Information School, and brought together various factors that had problems building a solution. An analysis of requirements and potential solutions were developed and refined to achieve the desired system to meet the current need. All this supported by development methodologies, design and paradigms of Software Engineering, which led to build a system that accommodates the need raised by different teachers who work in the aforementioned areas</p> | |
