<p>Este documento trata sobre el desarrollo de un sistema Web para el Servicio de Salud Viña del Mar – Quillota, específicamente para el departamento de inventario. El sistema desarrollado tiene como objetivo principal gestionar y controlar los activos fijos pertenecientes al S.S.V.Q y también los activos fijos pertenecientes a su Red de establecimientos, además de proporcionar información exacta y siempre disponible acerca de los activos fijos. Otro aspecto relevante que se consideró fue el de mejorar los procesos ya existentes a través de la implementación de este sistema.</p><p>En lo que respecta al desarrollo del sistema, lo primero que se realizó fueron reuniones con el cliente, en este caso, con el S.S.V.Q, para formar una idea acerca de la situación actual y del manejo de los activos fijos, se crearon una serie de actividades para ir desarrollando a lo largo del proyecto, se creó un plan de trabajo para poder realizar estas actividades de una forma ordenada, un estudio de factibilidad que consideró aspectos técnicos, aspectos económicos y aspectos legales. Por otra parte se hizo un análisis de riesgos para detectar ciertos problemas que podrían afectar el desarrollo del sistema y los planes para reducir al mínimo estos problemas, y si estos problemas ocurrieran, hacer que desaparezcan. También se escogieron las herramientas para construir el sistema, paradigma, metodología. Luego se hizo el levantamiento de requerimientos, creación de casos de uso, para luego diseñar el modelo de la base de datos. Una vez terminado el análisis y el diseño se pasó a la etapa de construcción del sistema, el cual fue desarrollado usando PHP.</p><p>Finalmente el desarrollo de este proyecto concluyó de manera exitosa. Todo esto gracias a la buena disposición que tuvo el cliente para realizar reuniones periódicas, donde primero se creó una idea de lo que sería el sistema y luego en cada reunión se iba exponiendo el trabajo realizado. Finalmente se creó un sistema robusto, que realiza todas las funcionalidades requeridas. Debido al trabajo realizado, el cliente quedó satisfecho</p> |

<p>This document focuses in development of a WEB system to the Servicio de Salud Viña del Mar-Quillota, specifically for the department inventory. The system developed as its main objective manage and control fixed assets belonging to S.S.V.Q and also fixed assets belonging to its network of establishments, and also provide accurate information and always available about fixed assets.
