| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Si se menciona el nombre de Isaac Goodbar, lo más probable es que el común de la gente no sepa de quien se habla. Pero éste, fue un reconocido ingeniero, de nacionalidad argentina, que realizó importantes aportes en la ingeniería eléctrica. Es así como nace la inquietud, de investigar y comprender los fundamentos que él utilizó, en el desarrollo de un método de alumbrado público. El método de Goodbar, es un método que sirve para diseñar sistemas de iluminación vial, que basa su funcionamiento en la generación de contrastes en la vía, con la finalidad de obtener mayores índices de visibilidad al usuario. Es ahí la importancia de investigar sobre este método, y ver si algunas de sus características de diseño, o metodologías, pudieran ser un aporte a lo que hoy se está realizando en el ámbito de la iluminación vial. Los objetivos principales de este proyecto, son poder reconocer e identificar los fundamentos y conceptos utilizados en el método de Goodbar, para luego realizar una síntesis clara de todos los datos obtenidos, generando una adecuada comprensión de lo estudiado</p> | |

But this was a renowned engineer, of Argentine nationality, who made important contributions in electrical engineering. This is how the concern, investigate and understand the fundamentals he used, in the development of a method of lighting was born. Goodbar method, is a method used to design systems of roadway lighting, which bases its operation in the generation of contrasts in the way, in order to obtain highest rates of visibility to the user.
