| Resumen | dc.description | <p>Se abordará la descripción de conceptos históricos de las revoluciones industriales para luego nombrar aspectos importantes en la evolución de la industria manufacturera en Chile y como estos cambios afectaron al mercado actual. Se presentará la visión actual de la industria remanufacturera, describiendo sus beneficios y procesos, además del tipo de economía en la que está inserta. Teniendo claros los conceptos mencionados se describirá la problemática que enfrentará el proyecto en los aspectos de mercado, sociedad, industria, económicos y normativos. Se entregará una descripción del proyecto con su respectivo objetivo y alcance para así formular un ordenamiento en las actividades a ejecutar y presentar la correspondiente carta Gantt. Se describirá el proceso de remanufactura para motores eléctricos en general, con sus respectivas etapas, para así poder calcular el tiempo máximo de remanufactura y así dilucidar cuantos motores se podrían remanufacturar en un mes. Una vez establecido el proceso de remanufactura se mostrará el layout para el taller y la estructura de datos que éste poseerá para el manejo de la información que se genere. Luego se hará el dimensionamiento del sistema eléctrico, en el cual se describen los equipos a utilizar para la subestación. Para finalizar se realiza una descripción de todos los equipos a utilizar en el proceso de remanufactura, así como también la obra de mano para la creación y funcionamiento del taller, con estos datos se hará una evaluación económica cuyo análisis nos dirá si es o no rentable de desarrollar un taller de tales características</p> | |
| Resumen | dc.description | <p>It will address the description of historical concepts of industrial revolutions and then name important aspects in the evolution of the manufacturing industry in Chile and how these changes affected the current market. It will present the current vision of the remanufacturing industry, describing its benefits and processes, as well as the type of economy in which it is inserted. Having clear the concepts mentioned will describe the problems that the project will face in the market, society, industry, economic and regulatory aspects. A description of the project will be given with its respective purpose and scope in order to formulate an order in the activities to be executed and to present the corresponding Gantt letter. It will describe the remanufacturing process for electric motors in general, with their respective stages, in order to calculate the maximum remanufacturing time and thus elucidate how many engines could be remanufactured in a month. Once established the remanufacturing process will show the layout for the workshop and the data structure that it will possess for the handling of the information that is generated. Then the sizing of the electrical system will be done, in which the equipment to be used for the substation will be described. Finally, a description is made of all the equipment to be used in the remanufacturing process, as well as the manual work for the creation and operation of the workshop, with these data an economic evaluation will be done, the analysis of which will tell us whether it is profitable or not to develop such a workshop</p> | |
